Upgraded Again

Just a note to say that now that a new version of phpBB, the software that runs this forum, has been out for 2 months now, it appears that it was stable enough to convert this forum from version 2 to version 3.

In the coming weeks I will add back in colour schemes and graphics from the previous version as these were not possible to bring over during the conversion from 2 to 3 process.

I've checked the message database and everything seems to have been nicely moved over though. Please advise if you notice anything missing or see anything strange in the messages.
