Original Kodachrome Slide, July 3, 1954, Dominion Atlantic Railway Train No. 98, Yarmouth to Halifax, on Bear River Bridge, Digby Gap in background, Nova Scotia. According to the order of the day this would be locomotive No. 2617 leading. You can see that the order of cars was reversed and a 4th passenger car was added on at Digby as well as 2 more Fruit Express Cars before continuing the days journey onward to Halifax.
