1867 Nova Scotia Chapter 40 - An Act to provide for a station at Windsor for the Windsor and Annapolis Railway Company
A short act was approved by the Nova Scotia legislature on May 7th 1867 to allow for a portion of land owned by the Nova Scotia Railway to be conveyed to the Windsor and Annapolis Railway Company. The land was for the Windsor and Annapolis to build a station and connection to the Nova Scotia Railway. Part of section 2 implies some other parcel of land had already been taken from another owner for this purpose and was to be returned to them.

Chapter 40
An Act to provide for a station at Windsor for the Windsor and Annapolis Railway Company.
(Passed the 7th day of May, A. D. 1867.)
Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:
1. The Chief Commissioner of Railways shall have power to convey to the Windsor and Annapolis Railway Company such portion of the present station grounds at Windsor as the Governor in Council may by order direct, to be used as a station for the said company.
2. The Chief Commissioner of Railways is hereby authorized to give a good and sufficient deed of the said lands and premises so appropriated to the said Windsor and Annapolis Railway Company, and such deed, when executed, shall vest the title of said lands and premises in the said company for the purposes aforesaid, and any lands which may have been laid off in Windsor for a station shall thereupon revert to the owner thereof.
