Engine 37 in a wreck at Lawrencetown April 14, 1925.
Albert Melanson in an email of 2021-06-22 recounts that he met Tommy Walsh when Tommy was the engineer for the Yarmouth to Annapolis Royal and return way freight. Tommy was the fireman on engine no. 37 and was off work for a year afterward because of the injuries he sustained. Tommy went to be the passenger train 95 and 98 engineer from Yarmouth to Kentville and return. He transitioned to Dayliner engineer as well before he retired. Albert also recalls visiting Tommy at his home where a good deal of these recollection come from.
