Operations
Windsor, NS - April 26 will see a new schedule in effect for DAR mixed trains 21 and 22. Departure from Windsor will be at 1900 using engines from the gypsum train. Number 22 will depart Truro as soon as the train is made up after the arrival of 21, probably shortly after midnight. Number 24, Kentville to Windsor, which became 21 for the run to Truro, will not operate and 22 will not continue on to Kentville as an extra, but will terminate at Windsor. It is expected that the road switcher that comes up to Hantsport from Kentville may continue on to Windsor to pick up 22's traffic. One train crew has been eliminated by this change in schedule. Also, the day operator position at Windsor has been abolished. The agent will act as operator.(1)
