Individual Image Pages

Clearances

Use the "Train", exact date and time from the bottom line that reads "OK AT" to construct a file name:

Train Orders

Form 19 Orders

Use the "Train Order No" from the top of the page, the time at the bottom of the page and the date from the top of the page to construct a file name:

Form 31 Orders

Use the "Train Order No" from the top of the page, the time at the bottom of the page ("Repeated At") and the date from the top of the page to construct a file name:

yyyy-mm-dd-hhmm Train Order No. x

Complete sets of orders

Name the complete set of orders by the Clearance order image information if available. If not, then list by the individual Train Order information.

Example: Clearance order named: yyyy-mm-dd-hhmm Clearance Train No. x Complete Order Set:yyyy-mm-dd-hhmm - Train No. x
