Summary
Photograph by Lewis Rice of the collision in Mount Denson on July 23, 1894, between the eastbound Cherry Excursion with six passenger coaches pulled by W&AR No. 10 "Kentville" on the right and a westbound ore train pulled by W&AR No. 4 "Blomidon" on the left. They collided at the Pentz bridge and embankment, 1/4 mile west of the Mount Denson Station. Five crew were injured in the collision.
